ISIEE and Phu Yen University Sign Strategic Partnership, Opening New Opportunities in Training and Research

The signing ceremony was attended by senior leaders of both institutions. Representing ISIEE were Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan, President; Mr. Vuong Huu Nhi, Strategic Advisor; together with members of the Institute’s leadership team. From Phu Yen University, participants included Dr. Tran Lang, Deputy Party Secretary and President; Dr. Nguyen Minh Cuong, Party Committee Member and Vice President, alongside leaders of various departments, faculties, and centers of the University.

Under the agreement, the two sides will jointly implement a number of key collaborative initiatives to comprehensively enhance the University’s training quality, including:

• English Language Capacity Building: Introducing programs for students through the modern OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) learning model, integrating native-speaking instructors with digital technologies.
• Double Degree Support: ISIEE will assist the University in launching an international double-degree program validated by London Metropolitan University (UK).
• AI Applications and Digital Transformation: Expanding cooperation in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to teaching, assessment, and evaluation activities.
• International Accreditation Consultancy: ISIEE will provide guidance and support for the University in aligning its academic programs with international accreditation standards.

At the ceremony, leaders from both sides expressed their strong belief that the partnership would unlock the full potential of each institution. By combining ISIEE’s expertise in research and innovation with Phu Yen University’s multidisciplinary strengths, the collaboration is set to deliver impactful training and research programs, bringing practical benefits to faculty, students, and the wider community.

The moment when ISIEE Director, MSc. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan and Dr. Tran Lang, Rector of Phu Yen University, signed the cooperation agreement under the witness of representatives of the two units.



The ISIEE delegation joined Phu Yen University leaders and representatives of its departments for a commemorative photo, marking a significant milestone in the cooperation between the two sides.



The meeting fostered a constructive and open exchange between ISIEE leaders and the Board of Presidents of Phu Yen University.
