The Institute of Studies of International Education and Economics (ISIEE) is a member unit under the Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges, officially established under Decision No. 16/QĐ-HH-VTT dated June 10, 2022 and together with the license No A-2511 by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam (MOST), ISIEE aligns with the national goals set by the Prime Minister, This includes developing standardized and internationally-oriented training programs in education and economics; strengthening school governance and leadership capacity, and fostering international collaboration, facilitating knowledge transfer between countries worldwide — particularly the United Kingdom — and all schools in Vietnam.
With official authorization from MOST, ISIEE is empowered to manage and engage in these partnerships to identify innovative solutions that apply international knowledge, technology, and management practices. The goal is to help Vietnamese schools develop the strategic direction needed for more sustainable and effective strategies for long-term growth.

In pursuit of this mission, ISIEE has researched and designed a range of academic programs — from short-term courses to diploma, bachelor's, and master's degree levels — that meet UK academic standards. These programs have been validated by London Metropolitan University, recognized as meeting the standard by the UK Academic Review Council, and endorsed by the Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges for further research and refinement.
ISIEE prioritizes establishing, developing, and helping manage partnerships between Vietnamese educational institutions and universities, colleges, and educational organizations in many countries around the world in order to:
Enable learners to earn two degrees awarded by institutions in two countries while studying conveniently in Vietnam, saving both time and cost;
Ensure that academic content is up to date, practical, and highly applicable;
Maintain rigorous quality assurance with a focus on the practical value of each program;
Apply technology effectively in teaching, helping to optimize training costs;
Enhance the value and effectiveness of learning;
Give learners access to the knowledge, skills, and practical experience of experts through ISIEE-developed programs, so they can apply them effectively to their personal development and future careers.
