On October 27, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision 2371/QD-TTg, officially approving the Project “Making English a Second Language in Schools.” This constitutes a strategic decision, opening a new chapter for the cause of education and international integration in Vietnam.
This policy reaffirms the validity of the path ISIEE has been steadfastly pursuing. Our educational solutions, particularly the OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) model and programs like Ignite English, are researched and designed precisely to address the core challenge of the Project: enhancing Listening-Speaking skills and practical communication abilities for students.
With experience and capacity proven through collaborative programs with various Departments of Education and Training (DOETs) across the country, ISIEE commits to being a reliable partner. We are ready to accompany educational institutions and localities in successfully implementing this significant Decision, contributing to the realization of the goal “Elevating Knowledge, Shaping the Future” for the young generation of Vietnam.
